Trellis Healthcare, based in Littleton, Colorado, increases its clients’ profits by delivering business intelligence solutions. Through the use of proprietary data mining techniques, Trellis enables its customers to increase productivity, monitor coding compliance, target marketing efforts and reduce claim payment errors. Typical clients include physician groups, hospitals, payers, and self-funded employer groups. Trellis’ solutions are quick to implement, easy to use and require a minimum of staff time to initiate and maintain.

Executive Team

Cass Schaedig
CEO and Founder

With over two decades in the healthcare industry, Schaedig has a unique ability to mine, synthesize and distill healthcare data so that it reveals to clients the hidden story of how their businesses are really functioning. Armed with this knowledge, Trellis customers are ready to refine their operations to ensure peak efficiency and profitability. Prior to founding Trellis, Schaedig worked in management and consulting positions for Medstat, Digital Equipment Corporation and LBA Healthcare Management. Schaedig’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Towson State University, as well as numerous industry-related certifications. She is past President of the Colorado Health Care Strategy and Management professional society.

David Gold
Director of Business Development

Prior to joining Trellis in 2005, Gold worked as a business development executive for several software consulting and information-based firms serving the healthcare industry including RMD Systems and RT Welter. Previously, Gold served as founder and CEO of ProSavvy. Under his leadership, this eCommerce firm, which is still expanding and profitable today, grew to over 100 employees. David earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado and Masters of Science degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Aerospace Engineering and Technology Policy.

Linda Nuzum
Project Manager 

Linda Nuzum, has more than twenty years experience working with healthcare data and creating credible reporting systems for providers, health plans, and employers.   She has held management and consulting roles with provider organizations, large health plans such as Pacificare and Blue Cross Blue Shield, and software companies.  She has led projects to exchange data, create data warehouses, and implement operational systems.  Her roles include project management, business requirements, selection, installation, conversion, training, user support, and modifying business processes.  Nuzum has an MPA specializing in organization development.   Nuzum is a past President of the Colorado Healthcare Strategy and Management association, and a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).

Colette Celecki
Account Manager

Colette Celecki has been involved with software companies for 25 years.   She will be working in the areas of training, sale and marketing for Trellis Healthcare.   Colette has been involved with all areas of software companies including training, sales, marketing, product management, quality assurance, and customer support.   Colette has helped many clients be successful with her positive and creative approaches.   Prior to joining Trellis Healthcare she was a partner in Horizon Software Systems, Inc. and was a key player in the Medicaid division.   She also served on their Board of Directors.   Colette has a Bachelor’s of Science with High Honors from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.    

Jude Coffee
Account Manager

Jude Coffee joined the Trellis team in the latter part of 2008.   She has 20 years of administrative experience in the fields of manufacturing and oil and gas service plus five years as an Office Manager for an internal medicine practice.  Her hands-on experience in a busy medical practice helps her relate to the every day issues of our InfoDive clients.   Jude also has been a successful small business proprietor for 15 years in the field of massage therapy.

Robin Groves
Programmer Analyst

Robin Groves has been a member of the Trellis team since 1998. Her wide range of responsibilities includes data analysis, data processing and database management. Groves spent the first seven years of her career as a data systems analyst for the Department of Defense where she specialized in database applications and support. She graduated from Towson State University with a Bachelor of Science in Math/Computer Science.  

Bryan Moning
Programmer Analyst

Bryan has been a member of the Trellis team since September 2009.  His wide range of responsibilities includes data analysis, data processing, database management, problem solving and customer support.  Bryan spent the previous 10 years of his career as the Director of Category Management for The News Group where he specialized in data/systems analysis, database analysis, applications development and many support roles.  Bryan graduated from Fanshawe College with a degree in Computer Science.  His hands-on experience, technical background and professional but friendly demeanor help him relate to the everyday issues of our InfoDive clients.
